1. Cancellation before 60 days of arrival: If you cancel before 60 days of arrival you are eligible for a full refund. Subject to a processing fee.
2. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: If guests cancel their reservation within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, the full payment of the stay is required.
3. No-shows: If a guest does not arrive for their scheduled reservation and does not cancel according to the cancellation policy outlined above, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation and will not be eligible for a refund.
